As a Business Development Manager at Moovster, you will play a key role in driving our sales strategy and contributing to the creation of a new mobility experience that supports a sustainable lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain existing relationships, and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, provide training and support to ensure sales teams are equipped to succeed.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the success of a business.
  • Familiarity with technology and data analysis, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
  • A strong passion for sustainability, mobility, and e-commerce, with a commitment to making a positive impact on the environment.
