The L.I.T. Gruppe is a global logistics service provider with a strong presence in 14 countries. Our comprehensive range of services includes transport and warehouse logistics, air and sea freight, personnel services, and more. We serve the entire supply chain with our expertise.

Our company operates as a 100% independent and neutral NVOCC (Non Vessel Operating Common Carrier) with a focus on global export and import consolidated container traffic and transshipment. We offer a wide range of additional logistical services as a global player in this niche market.

We are looking for a highly motivated student or recent graduate to join our team in the city center of Bremen. As a Global Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Communication interface for global business partners
  • Analyzing market opportunities
  • Supporting the implementation of new products
  • Monitoring services, service quality, and trade lanes
  • Developing countermeasures within the management of change

You will receive excellent training and support directly from our managing director and our great colleagues. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree Programme in a relevant field, such as International Management, Global Economics, International Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, or Global Strategic Business Development
  • Business English and at least one additional language, such as Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish
  • Analytical skills
  • Social skills such as team spirit, reliability, intrinsic motivation for development, etc.
  • High self-motivation and enthusiasm to learn
