Job Overview

Wybe is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Freiburg and surrounding areas. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in building the first social network that connects people in the real world, bridging the gap between online and offline interactions.

We're looking for a talented individual with a strong background in software development, particularly in cross-platform mobile applications using Dart and Flutter. Experience with Firebase and Firestore is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully deploying and maintaining apps on both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mobile application features using Flutter and Firebase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create rich, intuitive mobile user experiences
  • Work closely with user interface designers to bring product visions to life
  • Take ownership of features at a product level, driving innovation and growth
  • Lead technical hires and build agile workflows to ensure efficiency and accountability
Requirements
  • Significant experience with Dart and Flutter
  • Experience with Firebase and Firestore
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Bonus: Experience with ARCore or TensorFlow
