Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Marketing Manager to join our Renewable Gas Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and managing the market strategy for our Bio-LNG/LBG portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:

Market Strategy

  • Conduct market intelligence to define market size, geographies, and drivers, as well as market competition and portfolio benchmarking.
  • Derive renewable energy regulatory frameworks and identify opportunities for financing through grants and subsidies.
  • Develop strategic positioning and a way to market.
  • Support the setting of annual and 3-year sales targets.
  • Support the definition of a communication strategy in coordination with Sales and Communication departments.

Product/Offering Strategy

  • Benchmark our current technology/product/offering portfolio against the market and competition.
  • Propose product/portfolio development to close gaps and improve positioning in cooperation with R&D, including budget allocations.
  • Support the definition of unique selling propositions in coordination with Sales and R&D.
  • Develop and prepare tools and trainings to support sales activities.
  • Define and maintain pricing tools and set proper target pricing.
  • Support the definition of a digitalization strategy.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in engineering, economics, or project management.
  • Experience in international product and marketing management, including market strategy development, product launches, and implementation of output-based service concepts.
  • Sound knowledge of renewable energy regulatory frameworks and grant/subsidy applications.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to implement concepts throughout the organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills that facilitate easy interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business fluent in English and German, French beneficial.
