Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Procurement Manager for our client in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the quality of supplied materials, and developing relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the purchasing department in the execution of all procurement activities
  • Conduct supplier audits, including preparation and follow-up
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems for suppliers and products
  • Manage the supplier portfolio, evaluating, nurturing, and developing relationships
  • Organize training sessions to optimize processes
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or equivalent
  • Experience in supplier management in the automotive industry, preferably with external audit experience and relevant certification (VDA 6.3)
  • Knowledge of process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma)
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
