Construction BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction BIM Specialist to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will work closely with our customers to drive adoption and value realization of our BIM solutions.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and BIM, with excellent technical acumen and customer-centric skills. You will be responsible for assisting our clients with the implementation and use of our BIM products, providing deep product expertise, and driving insights to ensure technical success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with BIM product implementation and use, providing expert guidance and support.
- Develop strategic use cases, adoption roadmaps, and recommendations to drive optimal product usage.
- Maintain audit processes and documentation to assess client environments for optimal performance.
- Support business reviews and be perceived as a trusted advisor.
- Identify areas of opportunity for additional products and services.
- Advocate on behalf of the customer across Trimble to ensure success.
- Strong background in construction and BIM.
- Excellent technical acumen and customer-centric skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a matrix organization.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
