About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Security Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a Product Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our products and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities in our products and applications.
- Develop and implement security strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle and ensure secure coding practices.
- Participate in bug bounty programs and vulnerability disclosure processes to identify and remediate security issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our products and applications remain secure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in security functions, such as security operations or secure application development.
- Strong coordination and project management skills, with a focus on quality and results.
- Excellent communication and intercultural sensitivity skills.
- Experience with open-source security and ISO 27001 is an advantage.
