Job Summary

Sedus is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Frankfurt area. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our office chairs and furniture.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mobile repair and maintenance services for office chairs and furniture
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Manage and organize service inventory and supplies
• Collaborate with our service and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in a metal trade or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician
• Excellent customer service and technical skills
• Ability to travel within the Hessen and West Germany region
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, PCs, and apps
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
