Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Laser Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Laser Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers, developing innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on laser cutting systems and applications
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to drive business growth
  • Conduct customer meetings and presentations to promote MEC's products and services
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure MEC remains competitive

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, physics, materials science)
  • Proven experience in laser technology and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
