We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator (m/w/d) to join our team at Actief Personalmanagement GmbH in Karlsruhe. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process financial transactions, including payments and invoices
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases
  • Collaborate with the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
