Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in Germany. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a defined set of key accounts in Germany, implementing corporate initiatives, and positioning 3M as the preferred signage and graphics partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts in Germany, focusing on signage and graphics solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business with assigned accounts
- Strengthen customer relationships with converters, B2B end-customers, and municipalities in Germany
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and win new projects
- Utilize CRM systems to plan, manage, and document sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience selling technical products
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in the region of Germany
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent team collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Experience or knowledge of graphics and traffic safety market and/or related product solutions
- Experience of working with municipalities
- Experience of working in a large and complex corporate environment
