The Strategic HR Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the CHRO in various strategic projects and operational daily topics for a successful execution of HR initiatives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Project Management:

  • Manage and monitor all important global HR projects in close alignment with all project owners from start to finish, including project scope, milestones, goals, and risk analysis.
  • Drive the HR projects priorities process twice a year.
  • Support the project owners in achieving great results.
  • Develop and improve the structure of the HR SteerCo meeting at board level.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on meetings like HR SteerCo and HRLT.
  • Steer transparent communication across HR and all key stakeholders.
  • Set new quality standards in project management.
  • Implement and regularly use project management tools.
  • Be the central point of contact for overarching inquiries from other departments.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and implement meetings and workshops.
  • Be responsible for preparing and monitoring the HR budget (excluding workforce budget).
  • Prepare and coordinate Townhall meetings and HR Management Team meetings.

Supporting the HR Transformation:

  • Support the CHRO in the HR transformation and in daily business.
  • Work closely with the HR Enablement team.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in large international complex companies.
  • Certified project manager is mandatory, SAP SuccessFactors is a 'nice to have.'
  • Experience in managing complex HR projects across several countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills and the ability to motivate team members and lead to results in a virtual international environment.
  • A very process-driven and data-oriented, analytical working style.
