We are currently looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Dortmund.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling complex mechanical seals of different types, including gas-lubricated seals for compressors.
  • Quality assurance, including checking and recording dimensions, and conducting pressure tests on individual parts and assemblies.
  • Supporting the repair process of mechanical seals, including identifying defects and cleaning and reconditioning repairable components.
  • Assisting with testing mechanical seals in the test field.
  • Maintaining a well-organized workspace according to 6S criteria and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Working flexible shifts, including early and late shifts.

Your ideal profile should include:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, fitter, or similar.
  • Knowledge of relevant measuring equipment.
  • Initial experience with complex assembly tasks is desirable.
  • Flexibility, commitment, initiative, and strong communication skills.
