Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger oder Erzieher (w/m/d), or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in providing support and care to individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
