Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bakery Sales Associate to join our team at REWE in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating an attractive product display, providing expert advice to customers, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a visually appealing product display to showcase our bakery offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales
- Ensure the bakery section is well-stocked, fresh, and clean at all times
- Implement strategies to engage customers and increase sales, such as promoting new products and offering tastings
- Pricing and organizing merchandise effectively to meet sales goals
- Conduct quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our high standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bakery sales or a strong interest in food retail
- A friendly and customer-oriented attitude, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, to meet business needs
