Test Engineer for System Integration

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Test Engineer to join our team at K-tronik GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and refining test requirements, identifying instrumentation needs, and designing and documenting test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and refine test requirements with the design team
  • Identify instrumentation requirements and design test equipment
  • Evaluate test concepts and develop complex test rigs
  • Execute tests with automated tools and evaluate test reports and results
  • Discuss test results with the development team and create error and defect reports
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of testing experience
  • Experience in test and test equipment instrumentation, test execution, and data processing
  • Good understanding of network protocols such as CAN, ARINC, RS422/485, UART, and Ethernet
  • Good understanding of mechatronics basics, including sensors, actuators, and control systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Additional skills in electrical machines and drives in the multi-kW range, ARINC 661, ARINC 653, and ARINC 664 standards, and fluent German or other language skills are a plus
