About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Olympus. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the product management team with the preparation of marketing materials for new and existing ENT products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of valid value propositions and counterarguments to competitor claims in a structured way
  • Develop marketing intelligence into new and existing product/solution performance for both company and competitor products/solutions
  • Work with MBCs and marketing communications to develop marketing material, product information, and product documentation
  • Ensure alignment with the surgical portfolio, together with other surgical business unit product managers and working students
  • Start the groundwork for digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Master's student (m/f/d) enrolled in one of the following majors: Business Management, Business Administration, Informatics, or similar
  • Experience in digital marketing practices and a demonstrated knowledge of marketing
  • In-depth expertise in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken
  • Exceptional analytical skills, a strategic thinking focus, and a high performance will
  • Ability to work as a great team player with a high drive to contribute to the team and a positive and proactive work attitude within a team environment
