IT Service Owner

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Owner to lead the design, implementation, and management of microsegmentation strategies within our Zero Trust network. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our network infrastructure and contributing to the development of our company's security architecture.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sophisticated microsegmentation strategies to enhance network security and ensure a Zero Trust approach.
- Define and enforce security policies to meet the highest standards and proactively monitor network traffic to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure that security measures align seamlessly with the company's overall security objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while staying updated on the latest developments and trends in microsegmentation and Zero Trust network security.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to team members, taking ownership of their professional development.
- Act as a trusted advocate for business interests within the IT organization, promoting IT solutions that support business success.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of projects and services, and support IT Partner Managers, IT Business Consultants, and IT Project Managers in your role.
- Report to the Head of the Service Group for Local Connectivity.
- Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field, paired with extensive experience in IT.
- Over 5 years of experience in network administration and management, with a focus on LAN infrastructure, and in-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) are highly desirable.
- Experience in handling international teams and applying Service Management and ITIL processes is essential.
- Technical background, preferably with experience in the technology industry, particularly in network services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally with multi-functional teams. Proficient English language skills (spoken and written) are required; German language skills are a plus.
- 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
