We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at STEPPS Projekt & Personal Service GmbH in Coburg.

About the Role

• Ensure the quality of our customer service by implementing and developing quality processes
• Handle and track customer complaints
• Develop, evaluate, and implement preventive quality measures
• Analyze, inspect, and implement the current state of customer requirements according to QM systems and quality goals with responsible departments
• Provide quality support to customers
• Perform tasks in accordance with the QM manual
• Timely and normatively execute Q tasks and meet drawing and specification requirements
• Contribute to correction and optimization measures
• Support suppliers in implementing quality requirements
• Initiate part blocking due to non-compliance with drawing/specification requirements
• Perform special tasks upon supervisor's instruction
• Conduct short audits, internal process series, process acceptance

About You

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge in inspection and quality documentation, in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), product development, customer and supplier management, and conducting audits
• Excellent English skills
