O&M Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled O&M Manager to join our team at E Hydrogen GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our medium to large-scale chemical processing assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement O&M concepts for our chemical processing assets, including H2 production, H2 purification, and ammonia cracking.
- Support project development efforts, including PRE-FID activities, to set up O&M concepts.
- Collaborate with engineering, permitting, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of O&M concepts.
- Make or buy decisions and negotiate LTSA contracts and third-party O&M contracts.
- Provide technical asset management for our facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Liaise with our H&S team to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Chemical or mechanical engineering background or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in O&M/Asset Management of chemical/process/energy generation plants, preferably related to H2 or ammonia.
- Excellent understanding of H&S-related standards and requirements.
- Experience with setting up/leasing remote control centers is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Experience in SEVESO sites and automation IT-OT is preferable.
- High level of initiative and a conscientious work ethic.
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills.
