About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and a deep understanding of our luxury products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends, using this expertise to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
About You
- Native language skills are an advantage, but not required.
- Previous sales experience, particularly in fashion and luxury retail, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
