Key Responsibilities:
- As a temporary parental leave replacement for 2 years, you will oversee the planning and implementation of sophisticated plant technology for the supply and operation of research and development facilities for fuel cells and their production processes
- Independent project management of infrastructure and test field projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
- Active participation in the planning and construction of plant expansions and new sites, driving growth and efficiency
- Effective liaison between internal technical departments and external companies, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Determining internal requirements in the area of infrastructure and transferring them to preliminary planning, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Commissioning the technical systems, as well as supporting and managing the operator role afterwards, guaranteeing optimal performance
- Increasing energy efficiency and system availability for site supply, driving sustainability and reducing costs
Required Qualifications:
- Completed studies in the field of process engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, or comparable fields
- Relevant professional experience in the operation of technical systems in an industrial environment, with a strong focus on project management
- Professional experience in handling construction projects in the research and industrial sector, as well as extensive conversion, maintenance, and refurbishment measures
- Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in the acceptance of construction work, with a strong understanding of quality control and assurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Coordination and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving results
