IT Director

MAM Gruppe is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead their Controlling team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for planning and managing substantial IT projects, focusing on finance, risk control, reporting, treasury, human resources, and information security management within a complex operational environment.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Manage IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with division managers to ensure IT projects meet business requirements and contribute to the company's success.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, providing strategic direction and ensuring the company's IT infrastructure remains secure and reliable.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT vendors, partners, and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure MAM Gruppe remains competitive and innovative.
- Hold a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.
- Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Significant experience in a regulated financial services environment, with a deep understanding of controlling and banking management principles.
- Proficiency in SAP Banking, MS, SQL, and MS PowerBI, with experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including IT professionals, business leaders, and customers.
- Fluency in German and English, with a minimum C1 level of proficiency.
