Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bellenberg. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing product marketing strategies, with a focus on successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing plans, including product launches and promotional activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

  • Localize and validate global product marketing materials for the German market

  • Support the development of targeted marketing messages for new product launches

  • Conceptualize and activate marketing campaigns (online and offline) for end customers and trade partners

  • Work closely with Commercial Product Management and local stakeholders

  • Monitor and optimize marketing activities to achieve successful product launches, including reporting

  • Be the point of contact for all product marketing-related inquiries

  • Assist in updating and maintaining product data

  • Coordinate marketing activities for existing products

Requirements

  • Completed education or degree in Marketing, Communication, or Product Management

  • Experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment with a global focus

  • Excellent German language skills and very good English language skills in writing and speaking

  • Experience with digital marketing tools - CMS, CRM, Social Media, Marketing Automation

  • Strong skills in communication, project management, and stakeholder management, as well as presentation skills

  • Structured and result-oriented work approach

  • Willingness to travel occasionally
