We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of packages to our customers.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our delivery tours, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • You will analyze and optimize vehicle utilization and delivery performance, conducting regular checks and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • You will plan and record pickups, working closely with transportation providers to ensure seamless execution.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for transportation providers and customer service representatives, providing proactive support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • You will collaborate with transportation providers to plan and optimize delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • You will investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • You will have a degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have a strong understanding of logistics software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • You will be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work varying shifts and weekends as required.
