Wir suchen einen motivierten Werkstudenten (w/m/d) für unser Team im Bereich Global Real Estate & Facilities. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du an der Planung und Umsetzung von Umbau- und Neubauprojekten sowie der Erarbeitung von Standards mitwirken.
Aufgaben- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Umbau- und Neubauprojekten
- Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung von Standards
- Bereichsspezifische Analysen und Auswertungen
- Identifikation, Zusammenfassung und Aufbereitung unternehmensinterner Arbeitsergebnisse
- Erstellung von Präsentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung unserer Standardbeschreibungen und Prozessbeschreibungen
- Student (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder Hochschule
- Bevorzugte Studienrichtung: Architekt, Bauingenieur, Baumanagement, BWL-Wirtschaft
- Computer Skills: MS Office Paket (insbesondere Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint)
- Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Soft Skills: Teamplayer, kreativ, selbstorganisiert, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Qualitätsbewusstsein, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität, Fachübergreifende Offenheit
- Erste Berufserfahrungen im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
