Controller - Operations Manager

As a Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of our business units. You will work closely with the division and business unit leadership to ensure the financial health and stability of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze ongoing projects using our tools in SAP S4/Hana
- Prepare monthly reports and participate in quarterly and annual closings
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis
- Optimize existing processes in collaboration with operational teams
- Support accounts receivable management
- After successful onboarding, you will take over independent controlling for multiple business units
- You will report directly to the division leadership
- Completed studies or vocational training in a financial field
- Relevant work experience in financial project management or project controlling, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent MS-Office skills and ideally familiar with SAP S4/HANA
- Strong analytical skills and independent, self-responsible working style
- Team and communication skills
