Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary (m/w/d) to join our team at Klinikverbund Südwest. As a Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our ambulatory services.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate appointments, surgeries, and other medical procedures, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical staff, including preparing medical records, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate patient data.
- Patient Care: Assist with patient intake, prepare patients for exams and procedures, and provide general support to our medical staff during patient interactions.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.
- Education and Training: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical procedures, protocols, and regulations, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Education: Completion of a medical administrative assistant program or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in medical software and systems, and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical administrative role, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Competitive Salary: Salary range: €38,000 - €46,000 per year, depending on experience.
