Safeguarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Safeguarding Officer to join our team at Anchor, a leading provider of care and housing for older people. As a Safeguarding Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our residents.

• Support in all safeguarding matters, ensuring they are managed effectively.
• Promote effective safeguarding across the Housing Services portfolio.
• Provide up-to-date training to colleagues.
• Offer coaching, guidance, and advice to housing colleagues to enable them to handle safeguarding cases appropriately.
• Support the development and implementation of improvements, lessons learned, and safeguarding governance systems.
