Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Topcon. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our employees and managers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR-related matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other development initiatives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and workers' compensation laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR business, preferably in an international, matrixed environment.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, psychology, law, business, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken) is necessary.
- Deep knowledge of German local law and legislation and general knowledge of other countries' labor legislation.
- Evidence of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- High level of computer literacy (Socials/Internet/MS Office Suite/SaaS).
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and proactive.
