Programmüberwachung Fachkraft

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmüberwachung Fachkraft to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting project execution data from program and project managers, confirming its relevancy, and placing it in the P2 database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collects project execution data from program and project managers
• Confirms the relevancy of the data and places it in the P2 database
• Develops and maintains electronic databases, and inputs to existing databases as required
• Assists in the organization, expansion, and utilization of the database to achieve programmatic goals
• Provides input to P2/CEFMS extract reports, and manages accuracy of project funding issues through the use of P2/CEFMS
• Develops multiple extracts, analyses, and presentations from the P2 database, pulling from other USACE AIS as needed
• Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses of project data, using COTS or USACE-specific software
• Prepares charts, graphs, pivot tables, and look-up tables to extract and combine data from multiple sources

Requirements:

• English and German Language Proficiency Level C1 required
• Experience in office automation and data analysis
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
