CAD Engineer for Building Systems

Intercon Solutions GmbH is seeking a talented CAD Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual with a background in electrical engineering who is passionate about using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and documentation for building systems.
As a CAD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our projects. You will collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities- Produce detailed CAD drawings for building equipment using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Perform technical calculations according to DIN standards, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with project engineers throughout the planning process, providing technical expertise and contributing to design solutions.
- Conduct thorough quantity surveys to prepare accurate bills of quantities for projects.
- A degree in electrical installation or a related field is required for junior engineers.
- Several years of proven experience as a CAD Engineer within the building systems industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software, with a strong understanding of CAD principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse project teams.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
