Campervan Operations Manager

With over one million nights rented through our platform, we've welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
The RoleWe're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our depot team in Berglern - Munich. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the DACH Operations Area Manager, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and managing depot operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming reservations, organize vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate team activities;
- Train, supervise, and coach your team;
- Maintain the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are in top condition;
- Manage workforce planning, inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
- Assist in reselling campervans, preparing, and showing them to prospective buyers.
- You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
- 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
- You're fluent in German and English (mandatory);
- You're eligible to work in Germany, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
- You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
- You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
