Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a CSR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our corporate social responsibility initiatives, including supply chain management, sustainability, and social compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate CSR initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement sustainable supply chain practices
- Monitor and report on social compliance and sustainability performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of CSR initiatives
- Provide training and support to colleagues on CSR policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with CSR standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to promote CSR practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CSR and sustainability
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (Completed business administration training)
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (High travel readiness)
- Erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich CSR/Social Compliance/Nachhaltigkeit (First work experience in CSR/Social Compliance/Sustainability)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Proficient in MS Office)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift (Fluent English skills in writing and speaking)
