About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at Project A Ventures. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition strategies and contributing to the growth of our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
  • Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate profiles, status changes, and interview feedback
  • Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms
  • Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs or campus recruiting activities, to promote the company and engage with potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in different teams (Growth, Procurement, Tech)
Your Profile
  • Enrolled in a University and/or you are a fresh business graduate
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German skills are a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in fast-paced or highly competitive environments
