About the Role:

• Provide personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each resident.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Participate in staff training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Qualification as an Ergotherapist or Heilerziehungspfleger (or equivalent)
• Experience in senior care or a related field (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
