Stellenbeschreibung

Als Head of Motor Development übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für unser kleines Team im Europe R&D Center in Bruchsal. Sie beschäftigen sich grundlegend mit der Leitung und Unterstützung des Teams mit Fokus auf Optimierung der Servo- und Standardmotoren im europäischen Markt. Sie zeichnen sich nicht nur durch Ihre Leidenschaft für die Antriebstechnik und Innovation aus, sondern beweisen geschäftlichen Scharfsinn, Ergebnisorientierung und ein Gespür für Menschen.

Aufgaben

  • Personalführung und -entwicklung des lokalen E-Motorenentwicklungsteams für Industrieapplikationen
  • Sicherstellen von teamübergreifender Koordination und Kommunikation, sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsabteilungen in verschiedenen Regionen
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Kunden, sowie die Analyse von Anforderungen und der Entwurf von Lösungen
  • Überwachung der Realisierung applikationsspezifischer Antriebe auf Basis bestehender Motorbaukästen, sowie Steuerung von Neuentwicklungsprojekten und Beteiligung bei der Durchführung
  • Abnahme, sowie Be- und Auswertung der Ergebnisse von Validierungstests und lassen die Ergebnisse systematisch in den Entwurfsprozess einfließen
  • Durchführung von CE-Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren
  • Sie bleiben stets über neue Technologien informiert und treiben diese intern voran

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich des Maschinenbaus sowie mit Elektromotoren
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Erfahrung in der elektrischen, thermischen und mechanischen Produktgestaltung und mit der Sicherstellung der Zuverlässigkeit von mechanischen Elementen
  • Kenntnisse über elektromotorspezifische Fertigungsverfahren sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Innovative Denkweise sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
