Gastronomy Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Gastronomy Specialist to join our team at a&o Hostel Berlin Mitte. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the kitchen and bar operations, ensuring high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support kitchen and bar teams in daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cleaning
• Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies
• Implement quality control measures to maintain HACCP standards
• Supervise scheduling and workflow for kitchen and bar crews

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in gastronomy or hospitality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
