Key Sales Manager for Asia Pacific

Our client is a German family-owned company that has established itself as a global market leader in the field of highly technical equipment for various industries. With 20 subsidiaries worldwide, they generate over 50 percent of their turnover internationally. For their well-established subsidiary in Seoul/Korea, we are looking for a Key Sales Manager who will drive business growth and success.
This leadership position will have full P&L responsibility for all business operations in Korea, with a strong focus on sales and service. The successful candidate will be expected to provide dynamic and positive leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team of approximately 10 employees. Key objectives include achieving ambitious growth targets in a rapidly changing business environment and actively engaging in business development to further expand and optimize the local distribution network.
About the Requirements- A degree in engineering or a similar technical field (e.g., physics)
- A dynamic hands-on leadership personality with a proven track record in sales and business development
- Working experience as a sales manager in the field of machine building, industrial automation, or similar high-tech solutions and systems
- Strong cultural adaptability with a deep understanding of Korean business practices and customer expectations
- An entrepreneurial, result-driven personality with a general understanding of profit and loss
- Business fluent in Korean, good English
- Residence in the Seoul region
