About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at medneo GmbH. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the technical management of our facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained, efficient, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers in technical facility management.
- Plan and manage projects related to maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors, and maintain records of technical assets, defects, and damages.
- Calculate and manage facility management services, including coordination of maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards, and guarantee that operator responsibilities are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Energy and Building Technology, Building Engineering, Facility Management, or Real Estate Management, or equivalent technical qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical facility management or a related field.
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding, with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to travel within Germany, with a valid driver's license (Class B) being an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with fluent German language skills (C1 level) being essential.
