About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Success & Operations Manager to join our team at Moovster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our customer success experience and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers via our help center and provide support via phone as needed
  • Support customers throughout the entire process of our services
  • Communicate with partners to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer challenges
  • Act as the voice of the customer and transfer customer requirements and potential issues to the product team to improve the Moovster product
  • Contribute to finding ways to continuously improve our customer satisfaction score
  • Set up, run, maintain, and improve our daily, weekly, and monthly operations
  • Maintain a full overview of ongoing operational topics concerning our products and services
  • Ensure high data quality requirements are met by supervising automated processes and proposing improvements
  • Participate in internal product testing and ensure the content of our products remains fresh and engaging
  • Set up and edit new and existing customers on our platform
  • Improve internal documentation regarding operations and customer support processes, and invent new processes as new products and features are introduced

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain an overview of large amounts of data
  • Willing to take ownership and proactive responsibility of topics, and never satisfied with low-quality outcomes
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solver who embraces both simple and complex challenges
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL is a plus
  • Full-time, starting as soon as possible
