Senior Pension Manager

At Innomotics GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pension Manager to join our Finance and Treasury team. This is a unique chance to shape the future of employee benefits and pension strategies in a dynamic and innovative environment.
About the Role
As a Senior Pension Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a tailored post-employment and employee benefit strategy, including the introduction of appropriate tools, processes, and reporting. You will act as a consultant, first point of contact, and center of expertise for Innomotics companies regarding global and local employee benefit and pension plans. You will work closely with the global actuary and employee benefit broker, collaborating on annual valuations of pension plans and the renewal or optimization of local employee benefit programs.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in business administration, mathematics, HR, accounting, or equivalent, ideally supplemented by suitable additional qualifications. You should have gained long-term experience in the field of employee benefits and pensions, including reporting, valuation, and asset management, as well as collaboration with employee benefit brokers and actuaries. You should also have proven knowledge in digitalization and automation of employee benefit- and pension-related processes in globally operating companies. You should be a team player with a proactive, solution-oriented way of thinking and acting, even beyond your area of responsibility. Your strengths should include analytical and conceptual thinking, convincing communication and networking skills, as well as a high level of commitment and resilience. You should demonstrate fluent command of German and English.
