Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Storage Solutions Engineer, der unsere IT-Landschaft mit seinen Expertenwissen in der Administration von komplexen Storage-Umgebungen unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Installation, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der kompletten Storage-Lösungen
  • Administration und Überwachung von Storagekomponenten von NetApp, Pure, IBM und Dell
  • Beratung unserer Kunden entsprechend ihren Anforderungen und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern und Partnern
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen der betriebenen Umgebungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit langjähriger Praxiserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von komplexen Storage-Umgebungen sowie Kenntnisse im Netzwerk-, Server- und Virtualisierungsumfeld
  • Erfahrungen in der ganzheitlichen Fehleranalyse im 3rd-Level-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf das Storage-Umfeld
  • Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeit, verbunden mit einer eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise und einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe für technische Zusammenhänge
