We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychiatrist to join our team at TIME4CHANGE, a leading healthcare provider in the region.

• As a Senior Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex psychiatric conditions.
• You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry and psychotherapy, with a focus on evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as medication management and other interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatry and psychotherapy, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

• Board certification in psychiatry and a strong background in psychotherapy.
• Experience working with complex psychiatric conditions, including psychoses, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
