Wir suchen eine motivierte und kreative Person als Werkstudent:in Marketing und Servicemanagement für unsere DB InfraGO AG in Leipzig.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du entwickelst und umsetzt ein Social Media-Profiling für das Bahnhofsmanagement Leipzig.
  • Du erstellst Konzepte für Mitarbeiterkommunikation in Print und Digital.
  • In Abstimmung mit der Leitung des Bahnhofsmanagements erstellst du Beiträge, Fotos und suchst nach kreativen Inhalten.
  • Du verantwortest Erhebungen und Kundenbefragungen und erstellst Auswertungen und Reports.
  • Du analysierst die angebotenen personenbedienten Services im Bahnhof und leitest Verbesserungspotenziale ab.

Dein Profil:

  • Du studierst Marketing, Kommunikation, Produkt- und Servicemanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du hast erste Kenntnisse im System Bahn oder Interesse daran, diese bei uns zu erlangen.
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse im Umgang mit sozialen Netzwerken und Wissen zu den gängigen Verordnungen sowie aus den Bereichen Customer Experience und Service Design mit.
  • Du bist mit gängigen Bildbearbeitungs- und Videoschnittprogrammen, Social Media Tools und MS Office vertraut.
  • Du bringst eine Leidenschaft für Kommunikation und eine kreative Art zu schreiben mit.
  • Du hast Interesse daran, bestehende Prozesse und Serviceabläufe im Bahnhof zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern.
  • Du hast eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
