Service Line Controller and Business Partner Land

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Line Controller and Business Partner Land to join our team at Fugro Germany Land GmbH. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our Land Division.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial guidance to the business, focusing on the Service Lines in the Land Division
- Collaborate with the Regional Project Controller in the Netherlands to deliver project controlling services
- Support planning, reporting, and closing processes, including budget preparation and rolling forecasts
- Establish relationships with the business, project controllers, and finance team to coordinate and manage end-to-end finance activities
- Ensure the implementation of appropriate accounting policies and financial controls for projects, driving process improvements and documentation
- Shape finance controlling activities with end-to-end knowledge and ensure the embedding of new ways of working
- Master's degree in finance and accounting, or equivalent
- 5-8 years of relevant working experience, with experience in project controlling an advantage
- International company experience
- Hands-on mentality
- Basic accounting skills and good working knowledge of IFRS
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Navision or other ERP systems an advantage
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Analytical skills and affinity for financial topics and project risks
- Proactive, accurate, and well-developed communication skills
- Strong communication skills, solution orientation, and entrepreneurial and holistic thinking
- Team player
- Excellent command of English and German, both spoken and written
