Job Title: Dispatcher Direct Load National

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing the safe and punctual delivery of part and full loads. You will also serve as the primary contact for our customers, handling hazardous goods, general cargo, and direct loads.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Independent scheduling of national part and full loads
  • Disposition of vehicles
  • Preparation of daily prices and offers
  • Purchasing from carriers
  • Conducting price negotiations
  • Customer support from quotation preparation to order processing
Your Profile:
  • Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in scheduling
  • Organisational skills and strong communication skills
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and negotiating skills
  • Good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
