About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Management Professional to join our team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing supply chain projects, developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply chain projects, including the design and implementation of supply chain strategies and processes.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive KPI dashboard to measure and analyze supply chain performance.
• Conduct thorough analysis of various procurement processes, incorporating lean principles to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support the management of contract manufacturers, including the establishment of information exchange platforms.
• Implement and integrate packaging schemes for pharmaceutical products into local enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate and select suppliers.
• Manage and maintain supplier data in the national ERP system.
• Develop and implement additional global supply chain projects.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a business or engineering field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Ambitious and empathetic team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
