Financial Clerk

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly closings.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise zum Steuerfachangestellten (Completed commercial education, preferably as a tax clerk).
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office insbesondere Word und Excel und anderen EDV-Anwendungen (Lexware etc.) (Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and other computer applications).
• Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung (At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting).
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise (Independent working style).
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking).
