About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Personal Development Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our transformation into a flexible and customer-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify optimization potential in our organizational structure and develop targeted development measures.
  • Design and moderate workshops on team, change, and strategy topics, and actively support change projects.
  • Act as a consultant and sparring partner for employees, managers, and executives on all matters related to organizational and personnel development.
  • Develop and implement concepts for personnel and team development.
  • Maintain close contact with international HR colleagues to analyze needs, exchange ideas, and create synergies.

Requirements:

  • You have a successful completion of a degree in economics or psychology and ideally a postgraduate qualification in coaching, organizational development consulting, or systemic consulting.
  • You have several years of experience in the field of personnel and organizational development and know what it takes to succeed in change projects.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, a convincing presence, and high social competence, making it easy for you to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • You have a strong conceptual ability, methodological competence, and the ability to moderate workshops confidently.
  • You are a self-motivated, entrepreneurial thinker with high team skills and a willingness to work independently.
